Global Apostille Canada Inc. is an independent private company. We are not affiliated with the Government of Canada, Global Affairs Canada, or any provincial government. You are free to complete these steps yourself, directly with the competent authority.
Quotes and fees
A request through this site is not a contract. We reply with a written quote setting out the steps your file needs, our service fee, and the government and consular fees involved. Work begins once you accept that quote. Government and consular fees are set by those bodies and can change without notice.
Timelines
Any timeline we give is an estimate. Processing times at the competent authority, at an embassy or at a consulate are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee a date that depends on them.
Your documents
You confirm that the documents you send are genuine and that you are entitled to have them authenticated. We may decline a file. Documents are handled with care and tracked at every transfer; where a document is lost or damaged in our custody, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us plus the cost of obtaining a replacement copy.
Refusals
An authority or a mission may refuse a document for reasons on its side. Where that happens we tell you why and what the options are. Fees already paid to third parties are generally not recoverable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.
